Facilitator of Career Development Certification Training
The Facilitator Career Development (FCD) Training is geared to equip participants with the 12 competencies needed to coach, plan, conduct assessments and develop programs that will support individuals and groups to improve their skills and make informed professional and career related decisions.

Self Search delivered a training programme for our Heads of Departments and Branch Managers on Mentoring and Coaching for improved performance. Participants from the training were very impressed with the training content and method deployed because the training gave them an opportunity to undertake a self-assessment of their weaknesses and fortes as well as provided them with special skills to understand their direct reports. These skills have become a part of participants' performance management and coaching repertoire.
Self Search has been on an onboarding contract with MTN Ghana for the past two years. In this period, we have engaged Self Search in Training and Coaching.
Self Search has conducted "The Supervisor as a Coach' training for our frontline Supervisors. They have also trained our Women-in-Technology on "Speaking with Authority. This public-speaking training feat resulted in the participants gaining confidence in their packaging of presentation and their delivery.
Self-Search training methodology is one of a kind. With the combination of activities, self-disclosure, exercises, assessments, modelling and theory, they are able to engage participants' energies and empower them to make them to make their learning an integral part of their daily life. For two years running, Self-Search has offered quarterly one-on-one Coaching sessions for our Women in Technology. We have witnessed these women transition into confident, assertive, focus directed, responsible leaders in their respective departments. Self-Search has succeeded in helping each of these women to unlock their potential and maximize their performance. The impact to the organization is evident. Self-Search is presently working with the Management team of MTN Enterprise Business to help them resolve their individual difference, become aligned in their goals and raise their performance.
